Prom Night 2015: here’s how you can enter

POLOKWANE – The annual Prom Night is around the corner and all gr. 12 learners are encouraged to take part.

Here’s how to enter:

• Pay the R20 entry fee into the following account:

Cansa Polokwane, ABSA acc: 120040901

Branch: 334248

Ref: Prom Night and your name and surname.

• E-mail your name, surname, school, cellphone no, proof of payment and two high quality photographs – individual or couple (showing your matric farewell outfit clearly from the front and back) to sstander@cansa.org.za.

• Entries and payments can also be submitted at Cansa Polokwane, Cnr. College and Dorp Streets.

• To nominate your designer, make-up artist, hairdresser and photographer at no extra cost, e-mail their name, surname, contact number and e-mail address with your entry.

• The closing date for entries is 14 October at 16:00. No late entries will be accepted.

• Rehearsal will be held on 17 October at Bolivia Lodge from 10:00 to 12:00 and all finalists re required to attend.

The judges will place your entry into one of the following categories:

• Style individual –girl or boy

• Style couple – originality individual – girl or boy

• Originality couple (please note that couples do not have to be from the same school or grade).

A Prom King and Queen will also be chosen and must be gr.12 learners from Limpopo. Audience tickets cost R100 per person available from 12 October. All Prom Night proceeds will go towards Cansa.
