LIMPOPO – A well known Tzaneen resident sustained serious head injuries when he was overpowered by three armed men on Tuesday afternoon.
According to Letaba Herald, Louis Pienaar was overpowered at his home, in the Broederstroomdrift area, and hit over the head with a panga.
The suspects fled the scene after Pienaar’s wife pressed the panic button.
Nothing was taken and no arrests have yet been made yet.
Pienaar is currently in a stable condition.
