46-year-old alleged dagga dealer to remain behind bars

A 46-year-old woman from Lulekani has been arrested and charged with possession of dagga.

LIMPOPO – A 46-year-old woman from Lulekani near Phalaborwa has been charged with possession of dagga and appeared briefly before the local magistrates court on Wednesday.

Following a tip -off she was arrested at her house at Mchavi village, Lulekani, where police confiscated a total of 34kg of dagga says provincial police spokesperson, Col Ronel Otto.

The woman will remain in custody until her next court appearance on 27 October.
