R6 000 prize for excellent 2014 matric results
Khomotjo Mpotata Ramakolo, a Gr 12 learner of Ramogabudi Secondary School in 2014, and the top achiever in the Mokopane Education Circuit for 2015, was recently awarded with a gift card by Mphoza Mashabela who is the owner of Shabi Driving School in Mahwelereng
MOKOPANE – The gift card is to obtain her learner’s licence and receive driving lessons to the value of R6 000.
Ramakolo obtained a 100% average in mathematics, physical science and accounting in 2014 and is currently in her second year of actuarial sciences at the University of the Witwatersrand.
Mashabela told Bosveld he wants to award the top learner at the Mokopane Education Circuit Awards with this prestigious prize annually.
Ramakolo said with a bright smile: “I am very thankful to receive this great opportunity and once again it shows that hard work does indeed pay off”.
