LIMPOPO – According to police, a 39-year-old complainant told them he was alerted to the presence of people inside his house when he arrived home at 21:00.
Const Lethunya Mmuroa, Marble Hall Police Spokesperson, said the man, upon investigation, found three unknown men inside his home.
They stole a flat screen television, a cellphone, a wedding ring, an Ipad and cash, said Mmuroa.
“The men fled in a red 2005 Toyota Hilux with registration number RZM 037 GP. The stolen items are valued at R140 000, excluding the vehicle,” explained Mmuroa.
A case of house robbery was opened. The suspects are unknown at this stage and no arrests have been made.
Police are appealing to anyone with information that can lead to the identification and arrest of the suspects to contact Marble Hall police at (013) 261 8614.
“We appeal anyone who spots the vehicle to contact the police. The community should ideally not confront the suspects,” appealed Mmuroa.
