PEPPS reaches out to Centre of Hope

The staff of Pepps Mokopane Preparatory School recently visited the Centre of Hope in Mahwelereng, where they delivered food parcels that was generously donated by their learners' parents.

MOKOPANE – The Centre of Hope is a safe haven for mentally and physically challenged children.

As a school they added 4 x 25 kg maize meal, 10 packets of stewing beef, vegetable plants, sweets and chips for every learner.

The teachers of Pepps said: “Words cannot describe how we were touched and overwhelmed by this visit.

“The appreciation and the smiles on the children’s faces brought all of us to tears.

“We were, so overwhelmed that we would love to adopt this centre as our main outreach community project. We feel that only one tin of food can really make a big difference and help to put a smile on these children’s faces.”

Pepps warmly thanked the parents for their contribution towards the outreach project.
