MH honours top achievers

Tshepo was awarded Academic Honours and is the second girl to have received honours in the past two years.

POLOWKANE -Mitchell House’s outstanding achievers were honoured for their hard work at a prize-giving ceremony last Monday evening.

Top achievers from each class, grade and subject received certificates handed over by Mitchell House Headmaster, Andrew Cook, and college HOD, Claude Goeminne.

Green Lebelo from Anglo American Platinum was the guest speaker at the ceremony and gave learners some food for thought and motivation to keep up the good work for the year which lies ahead.

“Growing up I always wanted to become a doctor and I subsequently applied my studies in that direction. However, as time went by my interests changed and so did my career choice. Do not be hesitant to explore other fields as you grow up, you will find the perfect career fit for you when the time is right,” he said.
