POLOKWANE -According to a Polokwane Municpality statement the plant stopped pumping to the city at around 02:00 this morning (Friday) due to the lack of electricity in the municipal area. “This has affected all the areas being supplied from this pipeline, reads the statement.
“According to information from Lepelle Northern Water, it is not clear when supply will be restored as the municipal workers in the area have reported that they are unable to go on site due to bad weather.”
The public is advised to use water sparingly so that reservoirs do not get severely affected.
