NOTICE: Residents urged to ignore incorrect municipal account SMSs

POLOKWANE -The municipality have stated the following: “It has come to the attention of the municipality that there are customers who are receiving account SMSs that may not contain the customers account information. We advise customers to please ignore the SMS should it not be your reference number.”

The municipality further assures residents that a SMS with the correct account will be sent today. “This will be followed by a statement of the account via post and email for those receiving their statements through email. The municipality appreciates your understanding.”
