Van Schalkwyk is re-engineering the business to keep up with changing times in order to offer the customer a wide range of choice and value for money.
The store is now also selling television sets and DSTV equipment, computers and laptops, video games, kitchen appliance combinations, and even bedding. There is also an internet café, a revamped car audio service where equipment bought at Audio Corporation will installed free of charge, as well as WiFi and audio sales and installation.
Audio Corporation also offers rental services where audiovisual equipment is rented out to companies, organisations and individuals. The company’s staff expertise is part of this package.
Audio Corporation’s Operations Manager, Tom Rabie, says the sales team is also being expanded with outside sellers, sales persons who will be stationed outside Polokwane and service certain areas, will be added to the existing salesperson contingent.
