Cell C opens new-look store in Savannah

With an updated look that includes clean lines, bright colours and a modern feel, Cell C Savannah opened its recently revamped store in Savannah Mall last Thursday.
Regional Manager Shaun Coetzer is proud of the fact that this is the first new-look store in Limpopo and the fifth in South Africa. “We started with the refurbishment on 14 September and are very happy with the beautiful results. The store’s design is focused on the customer’s experience and offers a display with a wide variety of handsets that are switched on and connected to the internet and which customers can play around on to find the perfect product.”
Alfreda Mathala, Store Manager, emphasises that their first priority is customer service. “We offer an unique customer experience that starts with a personal greeting at the entrance. This is followed up with a needs assessment, assistance and suggestions by our well trained staff, and finding the perfect fit for each individual. We want each customer to leave the store happy,” she says.
Cell C Savannah sells all types of handsets as well as laptops and other electronic devices. Customers can also choose from an impressive range of data, internet and call options, ensuring that every individual’s personalised needs are met.
“We invite the public to visit us to see for themselves how much we have to offer. Our main aim is to ensure that every person who walks into this store, leaves satisfied and happy,” says Mathala.
