Vodacom Limpopo unveiled its customer focussed store at Mall of the North last Friday.
The new shop is designed to put the customer at the heart of Vodacom’s service philosophy by ensuring that customers’ needs are identified and taken care of in the most efficient manner possible.
Chris Lazarus, Managing Executive for Vodacom Limpopo, addressed guests and announced that the shop would be the first store to go paperless. “We are confident that the new look will make it quicker for customers to connect and interact with us and assist in realising our ambition of delivering unmatched customer experience at every point where customers engage with our brand.”
Lazarus explained that by demarcating the store into specific zones and providing an intelligent queuing system, customers will be able to get their queries attended to by the first available specialist consultant. “With a tech zone to assist customers with setting up their devices, troubleshooting most software related issues, an express zone for simple retail sales and consultant zones to enable customers to upgrade, sign up for a new contract or simply query their accounts, the new look Vodacom outlets provide a pleasant environment to attend to all our customer cellular needs,” Lazarus said.
“This is a clear demonstration that Vodacom is delivering on its promise of putting the customer at the centre of everything we do. This latest launch feeds into a bigger programme of the Vodacom Group where we’re overhauling the way we deliver service.”
