‘Mommy and Me’ winners announced
Limpopo Beauty Modelling Academy and Savannah Mall congratulated the winners and thanked all contestants for making the competition memorable.
POLOKWANE – The time has finally come to announce the top 3 in the Limpopo Beauty Modelling Academy and Savannah Mall Mommy and Me competition.
The winners are:
1. Leandra Calitz.
2. Patty Makwela.
3. Jennifer-Lee Wiggil.
Leandra said she was over the moon at winning the competition.
“This is our first time entering a competition like this.
“It was also our first time winning anything in a competition, let alone first place. It was an amazing experience for both of us. We plan to enter more competitions because I saw how much my daughter, Anika, enjoyed the photoshoots,” Leandre said.
Patty added she was delighted to be among the top three.
“When I told my daughter, Thatego, we won, she just looked at me and laughed, so I don’t know if she understood me or not, but what I know is that she was so happy,” Patty said. She added she would not mind entering the competition again.
Rounding up the top three, Jennifer-Lee said her son Juandre has such a great personality that she knew they would win one of the prizes without a doubt.
“I didn’t even know my mom had entered the competition with me. It was such a wonderful surprise to be announced as one of the top three. I would love to do it over and over again because I enjoy the prizes. I’m super excited about the movie tickets we won,” Juandre said.
