Missing mother and two sons found near Mankweng

They were found in the Mankweng policing area after their vehicle ran out of petrol while allegedly attending church service there.

LIMPOPO – Police in Namakgale, outside Phalaborwa, have successfully recovered missing victims, Esther Mnisi (45) and her two children.

This follows the search operation which was launched by police in Namakgale, after the disappearance of these victims on 13 June 2018.

They were found in the Mankweng policing area after their vehicle ran out of petrol while allegedly attending church service there, says police spokesperson, Col Moatshe Ngoepe.

Ngoepe says the victims were found safe and they were not harmed at all. They are now being re-united with their family members in Namakgale.

“A family member alleged that Mnisi has been experiencing a medical condition for some time and usually frequents to Lebowakgomo and Mankweng to attend church services without notifying anyone,” he concluded.
