Mixed emotions as learners return to school

While the Class of 2018 continued to celebrate their results the Class of 2030 started their first day in big school with mixed emotions yesterday (Wednesday).
The city was abuzz as joyful older learners caught up with friends after the holidays and a few hopeful parents rushed around to find space for their children at schools.
Some of the little ones found it difficult to hold back the tears while others fitted in easily and eagerly started working.
