Wonderland Pre-School learners give tips on how to make friends
Having friends at school can make all the difference to whether your child looks forward to going to school in the morning or makes excuses to stay at home.
Ntebogeng Kutumela - "I did not find it hard to make friends, I just stuck with my class mates so that when we go out we go out at the same time, then I don't have to look for my friends around the school during break time."
POLOKWANE – Wonderland Pre-School and Foundation Phase Gr 1 learners say making friends is easy… They tell us how they make friends.
Regina Uwabunkeonye – “I did not find it hard to make friends, I basically went up to a girl who was sitting alone and asked her to be my friend. Then from there on we became friends.”
Machaka Magagane – “I had a few friends already on the first day of school and I’m still friends with them now. We sat together during break time and even now we still sit together even though we’re not in the same class.”
Kholofelo Magagane – “I’m friends with everyone in my grade because I love everyone at my school. So I did not find it hard to make friends at all, I’m a people’s person.”
Mokgethoa Langa – “It was a bit hard in the first week but as the days went by I got to know a few boys in my class and till today we’re best of friends.”
