LIMPOPO- The police have offered a R750 000 reward for any valuable information that can assist in the arrest and prosecution of the suspect(s) involved in three separate incidents of murder, that occurred in the Thohoyandou and Mphephu Policing areas.
In a statement released, Spokesperson for the police, Col Moatshe Ngoepe, said the Provincial Commissioner of the South African Police Service in Limpopo Lieutenant General Nneke Ledwaba, has activated the Multi Disciplinary Special Investigating Team to apply the maximum intensive investigations in all these cases. A reward of R250 000 is offered for each separate case.
In the first incident a 65-year-old Nthangeni Jeremia Rammela was gunned down at his house in Phiphidi village in the Thohoyandou area on the afternoon of 4 August 2016. During the incident the unknown armed suspect also robbed the deceased”s wife of an unknown amount of money.
The second incident involved the shooting of a 65-year-old man, Ndivhudza William Nethononda, at Thohoyandou block F and in the third incident, 45-year-old David Muthelo was shot dead at a shopping centre in the Mphephu Policing area on 23 February 2017. The deceased was seated in his parked vehicle at Nzhelele Spar valley shopping complex at around 19:20 when he was shot and killed.

Any information received will be strictly treated with confidentiality, Ngoepe concluded.
The Police investigations are still underway in all these cases.
