Property practitioners are strongly advised to take advantage of an opportunity to be brought on par with the latest developments and trends in property economics dynamics at an interesting Property Economics Workshop that will be hosted by The South African Property Owners Association (Sapoa) Limpopo at Park Inn by Radisson on 29 May from 08:30 until 12:30.
The workshop will be facilitated by development and economics specialist Andreas Bertoldi, managing member of RebelGroup, a consultancy business specialising in providing strategic, financial and economic advisory services at the interface of the public and private sector and is a leading public-private partnership transaction advisor. Bertoldi holds an MBA (cum laude), as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (summa cum laude), and a BA and two BA Honours degrees (with distinction).
The purpose of the workshop is to provide property practitioners with an overview of current trends in the South African and global property markets, and understanding of the key characteristics of property markets as well as insight of real estate research techniques and application. The workshop will balance practical information and insight with some theoretical material, and aims to offer a space for practitioners to learn and share.
Topics to be addressed includes ‘Critical Trends in South African and Global Property Markets’, ‘Understanding the Characteristics of Property Markets’ and ‘Real Estate Research Techniques and Application’
Delegate fees are R1 800 excluding Vat for members and R3 300 excluding Vat for non-members.
