Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes to an hour or until potatoes are soft inside and sauce has thickened.

POLOKWANE – There are so many side dishes one can make for a braai, because lets be honest, there is nothing better than a braai.

Whether it be a green salad, potato salad, garlic bread, rolls or pap, there will always be something to work well with a braai.

  1. 8 x small potatoes, peeled
  2. 1 x onion, chopped
  3. 1 x generous bunch herbs, freshly chopped

  5. 400ml milk
  6. 80g feta cheese, crumbled

Method

  4. Scatter with onion and fresh herbs
  5. In a jug mix together the KNORR Garlic & Herb Potato Bake and milk until smooth, then pour over potatoes
