Take an hour or so out of your day, visit a blood donation clinic and donate
With schools re-opening within a week or two, most residents will revert back to their usual daily routines. The South African Blood Service (SANBS) appeals to the public to make donating blood part of these routines.
POLOKWANE – During July the SANBS will host blood donations clinics at several high schools within the city and encourages anyone who is 16 years and older, weighs more than 50 kg and lives a healthy live to donate blood.
Each donor has the potential of saving the lives of three people… So take an hour or so out of your day, visit a clinic and donate blood this month.
