POLOKWANE – Police in the city responded to a call about a body found near Waterland this morning.
An eyewitness told Review that a homeless person was picking up litter in the bushy area adjacent to Landdros Mare and Suid Street when the body was discovered.
Covered in blood with a wound on the left side of the body, it was found hidden under a tyre and was removed by Pathology Services.
The cause of death is unknown at this stage and yet to be confirmed by police.
