These areas without water on Tuesday

The Polokwane Municipality's water team will repair a pipe leak.

POLOKWANE – A number of areas within the Polokwane municipal area will be without water for a large part of tomorrow.

In a statement, municipal spokesperson Thipa Selala explained that the municipality’s water team will repair a pipe leak at the corner of Marshall and Landdros Maré streets on Tuesday, June 22.

“The leak will be repaired from 07:30 to 16:30. Areas such as Penina Park and residents and businesses along Marshall and Landdros Maré streets will experience water shortages for the duration of repairs,” Selala explained.

Water supply shall be restored once the team has completed repairs.

“Residents are urged to report any water-related challenges to the municipal Water and Sanitation number on 015 023 5000,” he concluded.
