Man (23) killed in N1 north incident
The N1 north between Musina and Louis Trichardt was temporarily closed following the incident.
LIMPOPO – A 23-year-old man has died following an incident on the N1 north between Musina and Louis Trichardt earlier today.
The transport department’s spokesperson, Matome Moremi-Taueatsoala, confirmed the incident.
“The driver of a sedan was reportedly speeding, lost control of his vehicle and the vehicle overturned,” he explained.
Moremi-Taueatsoala added that a passenger in the sedan sustained minor injuries.
“The possible cause of the incident has been reported as a tyre burst,” he explained.
The road has now been opened.
