Vehicle up in flames on the Percy Fyfe road

POLOKWANE – Emergency services are on the scene of a collision involving two motor vehicles on the Percy Fyfe road outside Polokwane.

The spokesperson for the transport department, Matome Moremi-Taueatsoala, says one of the vehicles is on fire and there are people trapped inside. “It is difficult to determine how many people are in the car because it is on fire,” he adds.

Motorists are, however, urged to approach the scene with caution and use alternative routes where possible.
