Polokwane: Where to go for your Covid-19 jab this week
The Department of Health will host several temporary vaccination sites throughout the city this week. See the weekly schedule here:

POLOKWANE – If you live in Polokwane and are aged 18 or over, you can get a Covid-19 jab at one of several walk-in vaccination sites to be hosted this week.

The clinics will be hosted in the city between Tuesday (October 12) and Friday (October 15) and will be facilitated by the staff from the Pietersburg Provincial Hospital.
Herewith the weekly schedule:
October 12 – Indian Centre (11 Excelsior Street) and the parking area by the Polokwane Police Station (38 Schoeman Street).
October 13 – SA Breweries, corner of Veldspaat and Marmer streets.
October 14 – A1 Supermarket (15 Devenish Street) and Capricorn TVet College.
October 15 – Checkers Centre and City Centre Taxi Rank.

The clinics will be open from 08:00.
Register on the EVDS and book your appointment:
- Online by visiting vaccine.enroll.gov.za
- Send a WhatsApp saying “REGISTER” to 0600 123 456
- SMS *134*832* followed by your ID number
- Contact the Covid-19 hotline on 0800 029 999.
What do you need to bring along to the vaccination station?
- Proof of identity (e.g. ID/driver’s license/passport)
- Vaccine code (SMS received from the Department of Health)
Residents who have not registered in the EVDS system will be assisted at the site.

Residents can also make a booking or visit any participating Dischem, Clicks or Local Choice pharmacy or Medi-Clinic Limpopo to get their Covid-19 injection.
