Semi-finalist Phologo takes children under her wings
Phologo Rasekgala (15) is a semi-finalist for Miss Limpopo 2022.
POLOKWANE – Phologo Rasekgala (15) decided to support a crèche in Moletjie as part of her community project for the Miss Limpopo pageant.
Phologo is a model from ACE Models Limpopo and a semi-finalist for Miss Limpopo 2022. One of duties is to take on a community project.
“I decided on a crèche in Ga-Hlahla, Moletjie as I love spending time with children. The crèche is in my home village and I donated foods such as mealie meal, canned food and biscuits to them. I believe the younger generations will take our country to greater heights and they need guidance to do so. I would love to assist them in achieving that.”
If Phologo walks away as the winner, she would continue her community work by giving back to the community. “I love the satisfaction of helping people this way and I encourage those around me to do the same. I am a young oriented girl striving to leave a positive mark in whatever I do and I want to be a great role model to those around me.”
Phologo’s motto in life is ‘stop caring what people think’. “Stop taking caution in your actions. Believe in yourself. You are good enough, brave enough, smart enough and above all beautiful enough. Believe in yourself and never let insecurity run yourself.”
