POLOKWANE: Two dead after vehicle overturns on R71 bypass
Traffic is still backed-up near the scene and motorists are advised to slow down upon approach.
POLOKWANE – Two people were fatally injured after the vehicle they were travelling overturned on Tuesday morning.
A incident happened at around 10:00 along the N1/R71 bypass and involved one vehicle.
According to media liaison officer for the Department of Transport and Community Safety Mike Maringa two people were also injured in the incident.
The exact cause of the collision is still under investigation, he added.
Traffic is still slightly backed-up in the area and motorists are advised to slow down upon approach.
