To let: Office space available at Peter Mokaba Sports Complex
The Polokwane Municipality has opened the Peter Mokaba Sports Complex for occupation by local businesses and entrepreneurs.
POLOKWANE – Municipal spokesperson Thipa Selala says any South African national is eligible to rent offices at the sports complex.
“There are offices available at the complex for people to lease out. This is done inline with the various mechanisms by the Polokwane Municipality to have multiple sources of revenue.”
Selala says the offices come equipped with office equipment such as tables, chairs and network connections that are available for people to use. Anyone who would like to lease out the offices can contact the municipality or visit their offices in the city.
According to the municipal website, the stadium has a world-class soccer pitch made from a combination of acrylic and special hard wearing grass, a conference centre and venue bookings or rental services for conferences, meetings, parties, gala dinners and exhibitions. The VIP suites are also available for short-term or long-term lease.
