POLOKWANE – The store’s grand opening on November 19, comes after customers made suggestions to have a second store to make shopping more convenient.
Branch manager, Mark Borril, says the store is customer centric and will ensure there is positive service from the get-go from the front to the back of the showroom.
Sales and operations executive, Jonathan Bromley, says the store has a bigger range of TV’s and appliances and the latest store design has everything laid out at drop height to allow for easy navigation.
“We encourage our customers to get a touch and feel of our appliances or electronics and our employees will help with demonstrations. The customer service area is towards the back of the store and has been put in place to address any issues or challenges our customers have.”
He says with a trained sales force, they are sure every customer experience will be great. The shop operates from 09:00 daily and closes at 19:00 during the week and at 17:00 on weekends and public holidays.
