Mash Reconciliation Day Fun Run – Run or walk, it’s up to you

With three exciting routes to choose from the event caters to people of all fitness levels. Bring the family and join in the fun this Reconciliation Day. 

Mash-Fun Events and Functions is inviting your to join their fun run this Thursday in celebration of Reconciliation Day.

The aim of the event is to promote healthy and active living and caters to people of various fitness levels. The fun run will be held in Ga-Mashashane (approximately 35km northwest of Polokwane) on December 16 and will feature three routes – 16km, 10km and 5km.

The routes will be located in and around Ngopane, Thabeng Moshate and Matlaleng sub-villages with the first race kicking off at 06:00.

Tickets are available at Computicket for R200, R150 and R100 respectively. Race numbers can be collected on the day from 05:00 and early registrations will receive a free T-shirt.

All Covid-19 health and safety protocols will be strictly observed.

More about the event

The fun run initiative is aimed at fostering and improving a healthy and active lifestyle culture in Ga-Mashashane and its sub-villages. Further, to encourage the community, across all age groups to get active with simple daily acts of exercise. This is a self-funded event, and we would like to call upon individuals and organisations that can assist with sponsorship to please extend a helping hand.
