Ivydale CPF members recognised for hard work
The Ivydale CPF, led by chairperson Bridget Weir, recently awarded its members and stakeholders with certificates of appreciation.
POLOKWANE – Weir says the extraordinary men and women from the CPF have dedicated their time and effort to keep Ivydale safe and the results are visible.
“This is about our members who sacrifice their time and money for the benefit of Ivydale. If you take a walk around the community, you can clearly see the results of their work.
“Today is also about those who have been part of the CPF long before its official formation in 2019.”

She believes the CPF is one of the best in the province as it has stood together during hard times and will continue to stand together.
Weir says every little action counts whether its joining a patrol team or just picking up a paper on the side of the road.
“We serve each other in this CPF. Today is about giving you a small token of appreciation just to say thank you for every patrol and every prayer in the name of our community.”
