1. Use Spf30+ or Spf50+ sunscreen at all times.
2. Apply Vitamin C at night.
3. Drink plenty of water.
4. If you wear make up make sure you remove it before going to bed to allow the skin to refresh.
5. Wash your hands before touching your skin to avoid infections.
6. Wear sunglasses and add a hat to be safe.
