Charity begins at home for Miss Limpopo Province Teen

The 15-year-old is lives by the motto 'don't expect to see a change, if you don't make one' and she is making a difference one community project at a time.

POLOKWANE – Rixongile Helani, Miss Limpopo Province Teen 2023, will be presenting school shoes, dignity packages and sanitary pads during a homecoming celebration after her crowning.

The handover will take place at her home village, Mhinga on May 6.

So far, Rixongile has managed to raise 85 pairs of school shoes, 350 packets of sanitary pads and 72 dignity packages which consist of a face cloth, a bar of bath soap, toothpaste, a toothbrush, deodorant, as well as body lotion.

These packages be distributed among six primary schools and a special needs school in the village.

The pageant queen is hard at work making a difference everywhere she goes and recently donated nappies, wipes, and blankets to Ngwana House.
