Shibu’s love for the arts keeps her grounded in the industry
A Jill of many trades, Gospel artist Shibu Molomo firmly believes the arts chose her.
POLOKWANE- Content creator, performing artist and songwriter Shibu Molomo stands firm with confidence that she will reach the stars.
Molomo, who is a recipient of a Sepedi Music Award for the best Sepedi gospel song “Jesu ke Mang’ is also an actress, motivational speaker and multi-award winner having gained many nods for her work in the gospel music industry.
Molomo firmly believes that she blends easily into content creation alongside performing and that art chose her.
“I am multi-talented and I am capable of doing anything art related. I’m lucky that most things correspond well with each other. I also do musical theatre, I sing, I’m a solo artist and when the two meet they accommodate each other very well,” she said.
Molomo does not encounter many struggles due to the fact that she stays true to herself.
“I do not follow social dictatorships that direct and choose how best to live my life,” she said.
Apart from managing herself at Shibu Molomo “ENT”, she also forms part of the Mahuma Group where she executes her acting skills.
“My desired goal is to see myself being able to maintain my craft until God calls me home,” said Molomo
