Man attacked with panga in Spoko Park

POLOKWANE – Police in Seshego have launched a manhunt for the suspects involved in a house robbery in Spoko Park on Sunday.

Police spokesperson Col Malesela Ledwaba said a man was asleep in his room in Spoko Park when a unknown man entered.

“The suspect threatened the man with a screw driver when another man entered the room and hit the victim with a panga,” Ledwaba said.

The victim ran out of the room and upon his return, found that his clothes, bag and cellphones had been stolen.

“The man then went to a local hospital and thereafter opened a case at the police station,” Ledwaba said.
