Cooler weather anticipated in Polokwane this week

The Easter weekend will be a mild one with highs of between 25°C and 26°C with a stray morning thunderstorm expected on Good Friday. 

POLOKWANE – Showers and cool temperatures is what residents can expect in Polokwane this week.

According to AccuWeather’s forecast, mild to warm temperatures are expected with highs between 25°C and 29°C.

Thursday will be the warmest day of the week at 29°C, while Monday and Friday will cool to 25°C.

The Easter weekend will be a mild one with highs of between 25°C and 26°C with a stray morning thunderstorm expected on Good Friday.

There will be rain this week with showers expected this afternoon (41%) as well as on Tuesday morning and afternoon with a 75% chance of rain throughout the day.

Wednesday and Thursday share an equal 25% chance of rain, while there is a 55% chance of rain on Friday.

Mornings will be colder this week as minimum temperatures will reach between 12°C and 17°C.
