Grablife helps you make healthy food choices

Healthy food can improve a person's immune system, maintain the right weight balance and ensure good physical, mental and emotional health.

POLOKWANE – Grablife, founded by Makgabo Sekobane, helps provide individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to make healthy food choices. They hosted a healthy eating master class in Seshego zone 8 on Thursday, with the aim of promoting overall health wellness.

According to Sekobane, the master classes are mainly focused on teaching the amazing stories of a wholefood plant-based eating lifestyle, nutritional value, health benefits and healing properties of whole plant-based foods.

Healthy food can improve a person’s immune system, maintain the right weight balance and ensure good physical, mental and emotional health.

“We hope to build a community of health-conscious eaters, reduce the rise of obesity and non-communicable disease. I also collaborate with other professionals and entrepreneurs in order to develop a community of healthy eating revolutionists,” said Sekobane.

The attendees of the masterclass seemed quite impressed.

“The classes are interesting because we speak a healthy eating language and it opens doors for anyone who is passionate about healthy eating,” said Nkotsana Mokgehle.

Phuti Moseri, another guest, said the reason for attending the class was obvious.

“The reason I attended was that I haven’t been well for some time and the biggest problem is my diet. The class was very fruitful and I would recommend it to anyone who would love to improve their diet.”
