Flora Park aim for 100% pass rate with enrichment camp

Flora Park High School's Gr 12 learners gear up for success and boost academic performance with two-week enrichment camp.

POLOKWANE – Flora Park Comprehensive High School’s (FCHS) Gr 12 learners are poised for the third term following a successful two-week enrichment camp aimed at achieving a 100% pass rate by year-end.

The school, which achieved a commendable 93.7% pass rate in the second term after similar camps, is confident in its strategy.

Principal Ntsiene Joseph Masekela expressed optimism about the upcoming term, saying the target for next term is for all learners to increase their subject percentages by 5%.

“They will apply what they have learnt, maintain the set standards, and strive for improvement. Those who obtained a diploma pass last term are encouraged to aim for a bachelor’s pass or maintain their diploma.”

Looking ahead, the school plans a ‘last push’ camp in September to bolster morale and uphold the team spirit fostered during the recent camp.

Masekela extended gratitude to teachers and parents for their steadfast support, underscoring their crucial role in the learners’ success.
