DA Limpopo mourns the loss of Tiny Chidi

Chidi served as a councillor in Polokwane since 2016 and was elected a member of the Limpopo Legislature following the 2024 national elections.

POLOKWANE – The DA in Limpopo says they are mourning the loss of Tiny Chidi who passed away on Wednesday (August 7) following a short illness.

Chidi was elected a member of the Limpopo Legislature following the 2024 national elections and served as the political head for the Mopani constituency before her death.

The DA’s provincial leader Lindy Wilson says Chidi also served as a councillor in Polokwane since 2016 and was known for her professionalism, diligence and contagious enthusiasm.

“Honourable Chidi was always prepared to work towards solving issues and was actively engaged in the communities she served. She was an invaluable member of Team Limpopo and will be remembered for her deep love for the party,” Wilson’s statement read.
