NCAW Polokwane celebrates Women’s Month
The council, a non-profit charity organisation dedicated to serving humanity, organised the event to honour and celebrate women’s strength and achievements.
POLOKWANE – To conclude Women’s Month, the National Council of African Women (NCAW) Polokwane branch hosted a Women’s Month celebration lunch on Sunday at Chrystal Coffee Shop.
The council, a non-profit charity organisation dedicated to serving humanity, organised the event to honour and celebrate women’s strength and achievements.
The gathering was graced by NCAW provincial president Mabyala Manyama, who delivered an inspiring message to guests.
“As we celebrate the strength and resilience of women around the world, may we continue to uplift, empower, and support each other as we’ve always been doing. This month recognises every strong woman who continues to inspire, lead, and make a difference. You are all truly remarkable,” Manyama said.

The guest speaker, Tebogo Segoa, spoke of the importance of teamwork despite diverse personalities and characters.
“As strong women, let’s cheer for teamwork. Together, we can achieve amazing things. Let’s set aside our individual egos and work towards a common goal, appreciating and respecting each team member within the group,” Segoa advised.
Nomjikelo Mawasha from the NCAW presented beautiful gifts to Manyama and Segoa as tokens of appreciation for their encouragement and contributions to the event.
