Polokwane to experience cooler temperatures this week

Polokwane to experience a warm start to the week with temperatures dropping mid-week, accompanied by thunderstorms and rain showers.

POLOKWANE – A warm start to the week ahead for Polokwane, with temperatures gradually cooling down and thunderstorms expected mid-week.

Monday and Tuesday will be hot, with highs of 32°C and 33°C respectively.

On Wednesday, a slight drop in temperature to 29°C is expected, with a 40% chance of rain and thunderstorms in the evening.

Thursday will see a significant drop in temperature to 23°C, with a 61% chance of afternoon showers. This cooler and wetter weather is expected to clear by Friday, making way for a clear to partly cloudy day with a high of 24°C.

The weekend is expected to be warm and sunny, with highs of 27°C on Saturday and 28°C on Sunday.

Evening temperatures are expected to range between 13°C and 17°C.
