Polokwane residents to have water by Thursday night – Municipality

The Olifantspoort Scheme is currently down in order for essential maintenance work to be carried out, with supply to trickle in this evening.

POLOKWANE – The Polokwane Muncipality says full operation of the Olifantspoort Scheme will resume by approximately 23:00 tonight.

Essential maintenance work is currently being carried out on the Witkos DN 1500 of a 1.8 km pipeline, prompting a 48-hour shutdown that has affected water supply to the city.
