Warm week, colder weekend expected in Polokwane

This week, Accuweather predicts mild and dry conditions, with sunny days through to Friday and cooler temperatures over the weekend.

POLOKWANE – Residents can expect a mostly stable and dry week ahead, with hazy sunshine throughout. Temperatures will gradually rise through the week, hovering in the mid twenties before dipping to high teens over the weekend.

The week sees a hazy start on Monday with a mild high of 23°C. Tuesday and Wednesday will see a slight increase, reaching a comfortable 24°C.

Thursday will bring a slight dip back to 23°C, maintaining clear and dry conditions.

By Friday, temperatures will peak at 25°C, marking the warmest day of the week under continued sunny skies.

However, colder weather approaches by the weekend. On Saturday and Sunday, daytime highs are forecast to drop sharply to 18°C, accompanied by partly cloudy conditions.

Overnight lows throughout the week will range between 6°C and 10°C, with Sunday night expected to be the chilliest, dropping to just 1°C.
