From engineering to embroidery: Nduvho Makhado’s unlikely creative leap

With a background in engineering and banking, Nduvho Makhado now helps others bring their brand visions to life through Ever Adore.

POLOKWANE – Nduvho Makhado is proving that you don’t have to choose just one path in life.

A trained chemical engineer now graphic designer and visual storyteller, she is the creative force behind ‘Ever Adore’, a branding and embroidery business with heart.

With over a decade of experience in administration, banking and customer service, she eventually found herself drawn toward design.

“When I design something and hand it over, I look for one thing – the smile on my client’s face. That smile is my fuel,” she told CV.

Makhado founded the business on the belief that branding should spark joy.

Whether it’s a personalised gift, a branded T-shirt or corporate marketing material, her work is driven by care, precision, and emotional connection.

“I’m more than a designer. I create moments. I build brands and above all, I believe in joy.”

Despite holding a national diploma in chemical engineering and starting her career as a laboratory technician, her passion led her to acquire new skills in design.

She initially explored drop shipping but realised her deeper drive wasn’t just to sell, but to create something meaningful.

“I want to help people feel connected to their brand. Through personalised design and embroidery, I bring visions to life and help people showcase who they really are,” she concluded.
