Polokwane to have a warm start with cooler midweek

Residents are advised to prepare for changing conditions, with a notable cool spell midweek and a chance of rain later in the week.

POLOKWANE – Residents can expect a mix of warm and unsettled weather this week with temperatures tapering off into the early twenties.

The week begins hot, with Monday reaching 32°C under hazy sun. Tuesday will be slightly cooler at 28°C with similar hazy conditions.

On Wednesday, temperatures climb again to 29°C, starting off cloudy before sunshine breaks through later in the day.

A sharp drop follows on Thursday, when clouds bring showers and cooler conditions, with the maximum only reaching 20°C. Friday remains mild at 22°C, offering a mix of sun and clouds.

The weekend sees a rebound, with Saturday warming to 24°C under breezy, partly cloudy skies. By Sunday, temperatures rise further to 29°C, though afternoon thundershowers are possible.
