Polokwane starts off warm before midweek showers

Prep for warm weather through the week, with a few midweek storms and a cooler, rainy Sunday to end it off.

POLOKWANE – Residents can expect a warm and mostly sunny start to the week, with temperatures gradually easing as the weekend approaches.

Monday will bring plenty of sunshine and very warm conditions, peaking at 32°C.

On Tuesday, temperatures will drop slightly to 28°C, with the possibility of isolated afternoon thunderstorms. Similar conditions are expected on Wednesday, with 27°C and a chance of scattered storms.

By Thursday and Friday, the weather will settle into mostly sunny and pleasant days, with highs between 25°C and 27°C, respectively.

Saturday will see a slight increase to 29°C under partly cloudy skies, maintaining comfortable spring warmth.

However, Sunday is forecast to bring a noticeable change, with cooler weather and morning showers expected. The day will be mostly cloudy, reaching a mild 21°C, offering a refreshing break from the week’s earlier heat.
