State witness Rudolph de Wet is expected to testify again, this time under cross-examination by the third accused’s defence counsel, Adv Desmond Nonyane.
The state provisionally withdrew charges against De Wet as a second accomplice after he agreed to testify against William Musora and the main accused, Zacharia Olivier.
Olivier and Musora, an employee, stand accused of shooting and killing two women and attempting to murder a man after the victims allegedly trespassed on Olivier’s farm in August 2023 while collecting expired dairy products to feed to pigs.

The men are further alleged to have fed the women’s bodies to the pigs, with only minimal remains found days later in the pigsty.
De Wet was previously cross-examined by both the state and Olivier’s legal team.
