Ngwenya inspires financial freedom for Limpopo women
From Tiyani-Magoro in Limpopo, Tshimangadzo Ngwenya mentors women and youth to achieve financial independence through Table Charm Direct.
LIMPOPO – From the rural village of Tiyani-Magoro, Tshimangadzo Adeline Ngwenya has grown into a respected leader within the Table Charm Direct network, proving what women can achieve when courage meets opportunity.
A mother of three, Ngwenya says she always dreamed of providing her children with a stable and dignified future.
But as the financial pressure of paying a bond, private school fees and supporting her family increased, she realised she needed a more reliable source of income.
“I wanted something stable, something where I could see exactly what my effort would bring,” she said.
“I needed predictable earnings and a business that respected the work I put in.”
Her turning point came when a neighbour introduced her to Table Charm Direct.
She says she was immediately drawn to the business model, which she found clear and transparent.
“Table Charm was clear. I understood the compensation plan from day one.
“It gave me confidence, because when a woman knows what she will earn, she can plan her whole life differently,” said Ngwenya.
She joined the company as a distributor in 2006, a step she describes as one of the proudest moments of her life.
“That was the day I knew I could change my life. My dreams of owning a home, driving my own car and educating my children started becoming real.
“I was not just joining a business; I was stepping into a Christ-centred family,” she said.
Ngwenya says faith plays an important role in her daily routine.
“Each day begins with prayer, anchoring me before the work starts. I pray for guidance in everything I do. Prayer keeps me disciplined and focused.”
She credits the company’s training programmes for helping her grow in business, leadership and product knowledge.
Ngwenya is passionate about empowering others, particularly young people in her community.
Aware of the limited opportunities in rural areas, she actively recruits and mentors youth to help them build their own income streams.
“I recruit the youth because they need real skills and real income.
“Table Charm Direct gives them a chance to build something for themselves. I have watched many young people transform,” she said.
Today she mentors new business builders, focusing on goal-setting, discipline and financial management.
“Leadership is about lifting others. If I rise alone, then I have not truly succeeded. I want to see more entrepreneurs, more families lifted and more success stories,” she said.
Ngwenya believes her journey is proof that when one woman rises, she can uplift generations.
“Table Charm has opened the door, and I am walking through it with everyone I can bring along. For me, this is only the beginning.”
