POLOKWANE – The annual Haenertsburg Winter Festival kicked off this morning with a bang, and if you don’t have plans for the remainder of the weekend, this is the place to be.
While over 90 vendors prepared their stalls since early this morning, hundreds of athletes braved the Iron Crown Trail Run, which started at 6:30.

Visitors to the festival can indulge in a wide variety of products, including arts and crafts, handmade gifts, delicious food, local produce, clothing and home décor, toys and much more.
The festival consists of four markets: Village Green opposite Berg und Bier Brauhaus; a car dealership exhibition between the Haenertsburg Christian Church and the Village Hall; a street market and food alley through the archway in Rissik Street; and the Village Hall packed with unique stalls and exhibitors.
