Moms-on-the-go treats at Kids Kingdom

This special treat was done in an effort to thank them for being so supportive of their children and for playing a big role in their children's lives.

Go to work, knowing that you’ve got little beings that adore and love you in life no matter what, was the theme at Kids Kingdom Preschool on Friday morning.

When the moms arrived to drop off their children, they were warmly welcomed by the school staff with soothing music playing in the background, and treated to a variety of snacks ideal for moms-on-the-go.

Kids Kingdom Preschool staff Savannah Richard (teacher), Bianca Kotze (principal), Ntsoaki Lekubu (teacher) and Nathalie Nkuna (school head) are excited to welcome the parents and learners at the gate.

Preschool head, Nathalie Nkuna and a mom to three boys herself, told Review that on the day, the school celebrates motherhood in general.

“We know that moms work really hard with their kids, especially in the mornings when they have to prepare them for school, while trying to manage their time for work.

Today we wanted to show them that their hard work does not go unnoticed. This day serves as a reminder of the love, care and support that mothers provide, as well as recognition of the profound impact that mothers have on the lives of their children and families.”
